Every product sold on novateamstudios.click is covered against defects for 2 years from delivery. If a product is defective or does not match its description, NOVATEAM LLC will repair it, replace it or refund you, free of charge.
1. Legal guarantee of conformity. Consumers in the European Union benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under the laws of their country. Consumers elsewhere benefit from the warranties provided by their local law. This warranty does not limit those rights.
2. What is covered. Manufacturing defects, faulty materials, products that do not work as described, and products that do not match the description on the website.

4. How to make a warranty claim. Email info@novateamstudios.click with your order number, a description of the defect and photos or videos showing it. We reply within 2 business days with the next steps.

6. Costs. For accepted warranty claims, we cover the cost of returning the defective product and shipping the replacement. We may ask you to send the product back before we ship a replacement, or may let you keep it when a return is not reasonable.
7. Timing. Replacements are shipped within 7 business days of approving the claim, subject to stock. Refunds are issued within 14 days, using the original payment method.
