You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The 14 days start from the day you, or a person you designate (other than the carrier), receive the products. For orders delivered in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last one.
1. How to withdraw. Send a clear statement of your decision before the 14-day period ends, by email to info@novateamstudios.click. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. Please include your order number.
2. Returning the products. Send the products back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. We will provide the return address by email. Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, the direct cost of returning the products is paid by you.
3. Refund. We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products back or you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first. The refund uses the same payment method as your purchase, at no cost to you. Extra costs for a delivery method more expensive than standard shipping are not refunded.
4. Condition of products. You may handle the products only as needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. You may be liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that.
